Job Description:

As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.

• Salary: £10.62 ph
• Hours of Work: Full Time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday
• Benefits: 33 days annual leave

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide a painting and decorating service for construction and maintenance in domestic, commercial and industrial buildings on behalf of the NIHE

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year post apprenticeship experience; and
• A full current driving license or access to a form of transport.
